Pricing:
- Permanent (Monthly)
- Single: Size is about 8 Feet Wide by 6 Feet Deep (8' x 6').
- Prices start at $350.00 per month - total including GST.
- Double: Size is about 16 Feet Wide by 6 Feet Deep (16' x 6').
- Prices start at $450.00 per month - total including GST.
- Exact price depends on booth size and location.
- Price includes hydro and advertising charge.
- First and last month payment required, no long-term leases,
month to month only.
- A non-refundable set-up fee of $107 is required to reserve your booth.
- Note: Not all singles or doubles are exactly the size as stated above.
- larger areas are available upon request.
- Temporary (Weekly)
- Per Weekend:
- $107.00 per weekend (Saturday and Sunday) including GST.
General:
- All spaces are inside.
- Market is fully heated and air-conditioned all year round.
- Vendor has access for restocking:
- Thursdays & Fridays from 10 AM - 6:45 PM.
- Saturdays & Sundays from 8:30 AM - 10 AM.
- All booths lock with 2 or more padlocks (not supplied).
- Security system monitors all main entrance doors and interior
with motion detectors and cameras.
- Vendor is responsible for insurance (optional)
and security of their booth.
- Extra hydro can be provided for special equipment.
- You provide all displays, shelves, tables, chairs, etc.
- Merchandise can be left in your booth during the week
(Monday-Friday) when the market is not open.
